15 Minute Zhan Zhuang Challenge – 5 minutes

The second installment in the Zhan Zhuang challenge, today we bring it up to 5 minutes in a very gentle way. 

Promoted by such Tai Chi/Qi Gong Masters as T. T. Liang, Zhang Xue Xin and Kuo Lien Ying the practise of Zhan Zhuang brings many benefits including Strength, Flexibility, stomach health and joint healing.
