The attached document lists the Posture names in sequence for this shortened Yang style set. 

It is called 10 Movement but with repeats included there are actually 26 separate movements. 

We are teaching this set in our Beginning Tai Chi classes.

That Taiji and Qi Gong are Internal arts is a poorly understood concept. This video is a follow up to the first Three Simple Things one that talked about simple, doable things we all can do to bring us closer to performing in an Internal manner. 

The arts are defined as Neijia, or Internal, and we derive the most benefit from practising them as they are meant to be.

In this video we go through an often overlooked part of Taijiquan and Qi Gong, that of pausing to explore Release, Root and Align. These lead to the ability to move Internally. 

We explore this set 3 times, first as a warm up, second as an exploration of stretching, and a third time to see how many attributes we can maintain moving at a more normal speed.
