Voting time again. Unfortunately the last video I did that had 3 days of Qi Gong in it (Day 4, Day 5 and Day 6) is so full of wind noise that the audio is very annoying.
I will redo it with my mic on but in the meantime, should I post Day 4, or would you rather wait for a better quality version
This is a special post for those of us experiencing anxeity due to the virus and the lock down. It is presented in a follow along manner accessible to all.
The easiest way to begin meditating is simply to sit and observe your breath, making no attempt to control it. This stage can go on for weeks or months until your breath drops, becomes longer, deeper and calmer.
Regular meditation is anti-anxiety and similar to having a psychologist on hand to help us through our day.
These photos are a higher resolution than the images in the book. A bit easier to see and done in a flip book manner so you can watch the entire form performed
While taking photos for the upcoming book of the same title I thought a better version of this beautiful set should be filmed.
This is a short Qi Gong set perfect for those times when you don’t need a full workout. If you repeat the set several times you will have stretched and used every muscle and joint in the body.
I wrote out a Wish List of Challenges I am interested in filming as Follow Along training for everyone.
Please have a read and comment on any or all of the proposed upcoming Challenges.
If I missed any you would like to see included, feel free to mention them.
