Voting time again. Unfortunately the last video I did that had 3 days of Qi Gong in it (Day 4, Day 5 and Day 6) is so full of wind noise that the audio is very annoying. 

I will redo it with my mic on but in the meantime, should I post Day 4, or would you rather wait for a better quality version

This is a special post for those of us experiencing anxeity due to the virus and the lock down. It is presented in a follow along manner accessible to all.

The easiest way to begin meditating is simply to sit and observe your breath, making no attempt to control it. This stage can go on for weeks or months until your breath drops, becomes longer, deeper and calmer.
Regular meditation is anti-anxiety and similar to having a psychologist on hand to help us through our day.
